• National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh (NBR) — Fully registered taxpaying entity;

Janata Sadat holds quality certifications including ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and maintains compliance with international jute product standards as referenced on our Compliance page.

For in-person visits to our manufacturing site in Narsingdi, prior appointment is required. Please contact our Export Division by email at least 6 business days in advance.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes, we are required to provide a link to the EU ODR platform. However, please note that as a Business-to-Business (B2B) website, Janata Sadat does not sell directly to consumers.

All commercial disputes between Janata Sadat and business counterparties are governed by the dispute resolution clauses set out in our individual trade contracts and, in the absence of such clauses, by the Governing Law provisions of our Terms of Use.

European Union partners who wish to resolve a dispute through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) may contact us at legal@janata-sadat-jute.com to discuss available mechanisms, including referral to ICC arbitration.
