Notwithstanding the foregoing, Janata Sadat reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

For commercial disputes with European Union counterparties, the parties may agree in writing to refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) with the seat of arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website and apply to all access and use thereafter.
